Job Summary :
LHH is seeking an Industrial Painter that will be responsible for preparing and applying coatings such as paint and varnish to various products while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage material flow within the department to support production timelines and meet on-time delivery goals.
Operate lifting equipment, including overhead and manual floor systems, to handle materials exceeding 50 lbs.
Prepare surfaces using pre-coating treatments and ensure proper mixing of paints to achieve desired colors and textures.
Apply coatings based on work orders and technical specifications.
Read and interpret technical drawings, material data sheets, and specifications.
Maintain accurate documentation of work processes and quality checks.
Perform inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Follow ISO 9001 quality procedures.
Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Take proactive measures to identify and address safety concerns in the workplace.
Additional Responsibilities :
Participate in workplace organization and housekeeping initiatives (5S).
Support preventive maintenance efforts.
Assist and train team members as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Be available for overtime as required.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED.
Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Shift : 4 pm – 2 am M-Th
Pay : $19 / hr
