What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nonprofit Controller position at LHH Recruitment Solutions?
LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker Lynch) is working with a small nonprofit client on the northside looking for a Controller. This role will report to the President of the organization and will be over the day to day accounting management of the company, with potential room for growth; this is also a new role due to growth of the org.
Responsibilities:
· Month/Year End
· Journal Entries
· Reconciliations
· Financial Statements
· Financial Reporting
· AP & AR assistance when needed
· Payroll assistance when needed
· Working with CPA firm quarterly and annually
· Budgeting & Forecasting
· GL Maintenance
· Ensure GAAP Compliance
Requirements:
· Bachelors in Accounting
· 5 years’ progressive accounting experience in a nonprofit environment
· Foundational or current public accounting experience auditing nonprofits preferred
· CPA preferred

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
