Length: Contract To Hire (90 Day Probation)
LHH is actively interviewing for an Office Admin to join our team in Redmond, WA. This is a contract-to-hire position and fully onsite. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging logistics and preparing materials.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Provide support to other team members as required.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Admin or Secretary will be a plus.
