Provider Enrollment Specialist Job Opportunity
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated Provider Enrollment Specialist for a full-time Direct Hire position with a reputable client in Phoenix, AZ. This role is critical in ensuring healthcare providers are properly enrolled with insurance companies and government agencies, facilitating seamless payment for services rendered.
Position Details
Compensation : $21–$24 per hour
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM (Flexible hours)
Job Type : Direct Hire
Requirements
Education : High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience : Minimum of 5 years in Provider Enrollment (required)
Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Key Competencies :
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage provider enrollment processes with government and commercial payers.
Ensure accuracy in applications by verifying details and obtaining necessary signatures.
Build and maintain relationships with payers to address initial enrollment and regulatory changes.
Develop expertise in payer policies, regulations, and requirements across multiple states.
Navigate payer systems and resolve issues related to government payers.
Provide technical support to ensure compliant revenue flow.
Prioritize and process a high volume of work independently.
Adapt workflows to accommodate evolving regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to collect and organize documentation for provider enrollment.
Maintain a comprehensive database of EMS licenses for base locations.
Conduct audits to ensure consistency and compliance in documentation.
Monitor and communicate changes in federal payer enrollment requirements, including Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, and HIS.
Train staff on complex payer and regulatory requirements.
