Job Title : Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality assurance and control processes within the company. This role involves leading a team direct reports and ensuring that all products meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and control processes to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, providing guidance and support to achieve quality objectives.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Analyze quality data and prepare reports for senior management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO, FDA, and other industry-specific requirements.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness and skills among employees.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in quality management.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance and control principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in quality management software and tools.

Pay Details : $110,000.00 to $120,000.00 per month
