Job Description :

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to support our client. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin a lucrative career with a Fortune 500 company. The successful candidate will be responsible for :

  • Daily mail intake, including opening and sorting mail.
  • Daily queue processing on the Check 21 platform, which includes acceptability, deposit balancing, scanning checks, and other reviews.
  • Check disbursement support, including logging returned mail, voiding, and processing credits back to client accounts.
  • Assisting in the review and processing of unacceptable checks.

Required Skills :

  • Self-starter with a willingness to ask questions and constantly seek ways for process improvement.
  • Strong PC skills, proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritize issues and handle several sensitive processes simultaneously in a timely fashion.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, excellent decision-making skills, attention to accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Client / Customer Service background preferred.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to act decisively and with good judgment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Banking and Operations background preferred.
  • Motivated individual who maintains a positive and professional attitude at all times.

    Location : Jacksonville, FL (On-site, 5 days a week)

    Pay Range : $19.00 - $21.00 / hr

    Pay Details : $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
