Order Entry Representative

LHH Recruitment is partnering with a company in Tempe. This organization is in search of a full time order entry representative to join their team. This job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. While the majority of this job is order entry, you will be required to speak to customers via phone and email from time to time.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately enter customer orders into the system.
• Communicate with clients and customers via phone and email to confirm order details, resolve issues, and provide updates.
• Verify order information for accuracy and ensure timely processing.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.
• Handle any order-related inquiries or concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of orders and communications.

Pay Details : $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
