What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paralegal position at LHH Recruitment Solutions?
LHH is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal with at least 3 years of experience. The role will support the attorneys with trial preparation and going to court. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with an experienced team of attorneys and assist them with complex cases from the discovery phase all the way through trial.
Responsibilities:
Assist in all phases of discovery, including review, document production and document management
Assist attorneys in managing schedules and case management
File documents in Federal and State courts, both electronically and hard copy
Assist with preparation for hearings, arbitration and trials
Be able to communicate with clients and witnesses
Prepare trial binders and exhibits
Attend court when needed
Ensure timely fillings with courts
Maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
3 years of Litigation as a Paralegal
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
High attention to detail
Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software
