Patient Access Representative
Onsite | Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM
As a Patient Access Representative, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient service and ensuring smooth registration and discharge processes.
Responsibilities
Accurately register and discharge patients using the EPIC system, perform essential data entry, organize charts, and prepare daily cash deposits.
Answer and route calls, assist with inquiries, and provide valuable support to patients, visitors, and healthcare staff.
Handle co-pays, point-of-service payments, deposits, and balance cash drawers to maintain accurate financial records.
Schedule patient appointments and manage admissions to the Emergency Department, Urgent Care, and Family Practice.
Complete documentation for uninsured patients, update demographic and billing information, and confirm insurance benefits for new and existing patients.
Epic experience
Must be able to work some weekends.
Pay Details : $25.00 to $31.00 per hour
