Patient Account Rep in Melvillle NY
LHH is seeking individuals with 1 or more years of experience in Patient Accounts / Billing. Our client, a nationwide specialty provider, is seeking multiple candidates for their call center. The individuals in this role will be responsible for taking inbound calls from patients with questions or concerns on their medical bills. Strong knowledge in reading and explaining EOBs is required!
Position overview :
- Hiring method : Contract to Hire / Temp to Perm
- Location : 100% onsite in Melville NY for first 6 months – then hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote)
- Hours : Monday – Friday, 8A-5P
- Hourly pay rate : $21 / hour
