LHH seeks a Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) Patient Coordinator in Scottsdale, AZ.
Responsibilities :
- Answer telephone inquiries and manage patient appointment scheduling (initial and return).
- Perform insurance verification, create new patient charts, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Provide administrative support for closing patient visits, including insurance authorization, financial counseling, payment processing, and daily document research on electronic health / medical record systems.
- Review charge information to ensure accuracy according to payer requirements; make corrections as needed.
- Address claim edits, rejections, denials, and perform voids and corrections as necessary.
- Submit clean and accurate claims, ensuring completeness of patient chart required elements.
- Coordinate with the collection team to maintain the database, resolving accounts receivable.

Onsite in Scottsdale, AZ
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Pay Details : $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
