Patient Registration – Albuquerque, NM 87109
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a healthcare organization in Albuquerque, NM, to hire a Patient Registration Representative. This is a full-time, in-office role, Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM.
Key Responsibilities :
Register patients efficiently and accurately for medical services
Verify insurance coverage, obtain necessary authorizations, and process payments
Schedule and reschedule patient appointments, ensuring provider availability
Maintain and update patient records in the system
Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns
Coordinate with clinical staff to streamline patient flow and scheduling needs
Qualifications :
Experience in patient registration, scheduling, or medical front desk roles
Strong knowledge of insurance verification and medical billing processes
Proficiency with Epic or other healthcare scheduling software preferred
Excellent communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
