LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a company local to Blue Bell, PA. This will be a temporary position expected to last 3 months. This position will be fully onsite Monday- Friday.
Position Duration : 3 months, full-time in Blue Bell, PA
Role : Payment Posting
Location : Blue Bell, PA
Salary : $19-$23 / hr.
Responsibilities :
- Handle and report on credit card disputes and activity, including contacting customers to resolve disputes and updating records in NetSuite.
- Report monthly on the types of disputes and their resolutions.
- Download daily credit card activity from websites for all entities.
- Support Accounts Payable with weekly payment processing.
- Apply incoming check and ACH payments to Accounts Receivable.
- Perform filing, scanning, document archiving, volume mailing, and other clerical tasks to support the finance and accounting team.
- Assist with other projects as needed.
