What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Administrator position at LHH Recruitment Solutions?
Minimum Qualifications Of This Payroll Administrator Include:
Process payroll for approximately 500 employees including some monthly and quarterly bonuses on a semi-monthly basis
Handle payroll-related inquiries.
Prepare documentation for annual audits.
Generate monthly reports for upper management.
Set up new employees’ payroll.
Handle manual final checks.
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years of payroll processing experience (multistate is preferred).
iSolved, ADP, or Paylocity payroll software experience.
Experienced with Excel including proficiency with VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
Knowledge of payroll tax filing and compliance requirements.
Attention to detail able to conduct timecard audits.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional communication and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
