HH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a fast-growing company in Southlake, TX! They are seeking a Payroll Administrator to assist with weekly payroll taxes, employee correspondence, and garnishments. This is a contract to hire opportunity that offers hybrid flexibility after training. Apply now if your background fits the below criteria!
Primary Functions :
Responsible for accurate and timely preparation, filing, and payment of all local, state, and federal payroll taxes
Accurately process garnishment, tax levies, and child support orders and handling of agency correspondence
Correspond with employees
Assist with maintenance and audit of direct deposit and pay card information
Load payroll files, review and audit results for accuracy and compliance with regulations as well as client program specifications
Assist with weekly payroll processing, auditing, reconciliation, record keeping, and report writing
Prepare and process independent contractor payments
Document and maintain payroll procedures in collaboration with respective teams
Prepare management and ad-hoc reporting
Qualifications :
Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations, tax laws, and employment standards
Demonstrate sense of urgency and works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Follow-up / close out all tasks / questions timely
Display good judgement and strong problem solving ability
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs
Ability to switch gears / tasks and be flexible
Positive attitude
Workday experience preferred

Pay Details : $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
