Position: Payroll Specialist

Job Description:
LHH has parterned with a company in Warminster, PA in their search for a Payroll Specialist. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll each week for assigned entities according to payroll policies and procedures.
Process monthly bonus payrolls as assigned.
Ensure that all payroll and tax files are submitted timely and verified for accuracy.
Maintain electronic employee records, including data changes, employee deductions, and any pay-related changes.
Provide analytical reports as required to appropriate management staff.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reporting functions.
Review and respond to any payroll-related emails.
Assist employees as needed with portal setup or payroll-related questions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, laws, and regulations.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
