Job Title : Payroll Coordinator
Location : Tucson. AZ - onsite
Pay : $29 / hr - $34 / hr
Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator with at least 4 years of payroll experience to join our client's team. Experience with PeopleSoft and Kronos a huge plus!
Key Responsibilities :
- Process payroll accurately and timely for all employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage and calculate piece rate pay for applicable employees.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure all data is accurate and up to date.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.
- Assist with the reconciliation of payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Stay informed of current payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with HR and Accounting departments to ensure seamless payroll processing.
- Address and resolve any payroll-related inquiries from employees.
Qualifications :
Pay Details : $29.00 to $34.00 per hour
