Location : Tempe, AZ
Schedule : Part-time (24 to 32 hours per week), Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM (Flexible)
Are you a payroll professional looking to leverage their ADP expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment? LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist with expertise in ADP timekeeping systems for a contract role in Tempe, AZ. This role involves payroll processing using ADP Workforce and ADP Workforce Management (timekeeping). The successful candidate will assist in testing and implementing ADP's timekeeping system, transitioning from Kronos Timekeeper.
Key Responsibilities :
Process payroll using ADP Workforce and ADP Workforce Management systems.
Review and analyze reports, particularly during testing phases.
Assist in moving time cards between systems.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth implementation of the new timekeeping system.
Candidate Requirements :
Minimum of two years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
Proficiency in ADP Workforce and ADP Timekeeping systems.
Experience with Kronos is a plus, as the role involves transitioning from Kronos Timekeeper to ADP.
Basic entry-level payroll processing skills are essential.
Strong Excel skills.
Work Environment :
On-site position at the Tempe office.
Core hours are from 8 AM, with some flexibility based on payroll needs.
Part-time schedule, typically spread over three to four days per week.
Pay Details : $30.00 per hour
