Job Title : Procurement Specialist
Location : Mission Valley
LHH is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our client’s team and manage the sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, contract negotiation, and cost-saving strategies while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships
Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing strategies.
Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to forecast purchasing needs and maintain optimal inventory levels
Evaluate supplier performance, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery of goods and services
Identify and resolve procurement-related issues to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications
Qualifications
2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
Bachelors degree is highly preferred
Working Hours : Full-time
Onsite
Monday – Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 8am-1pm PST

Compensation : $30.00-$31.00 per hour DOE
