LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our client's team. The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow market share and profitability within specific automotive segments. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, product management, and strategic planning within the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within assigned segments.
Develop and implement comprehensive market segment strategies to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure products meet market needs and align with segment strategies.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market positioning.
Work closely with the sales team to provide segment-specific insights, training, and support.
Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive awareness and demand within segments.
Monitor and report on the performance of segment strategies and initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5 years of experience in marketing, product management, or strategic planning within the automotive industry.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful market strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Proficiency in market research tools and CRM software.
Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
