Job Title : Production Supervisor

Role Overview :

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production process, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a dynamic team, manage resources, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

• Communication and Reporting : Facilitate clear and consistent communication between production, delivery, sales, and management teams. Develop and adjust production schedules to meet customer demands while balancing efficiency and capacity constraints.
• Resource Management : Oversee labor allocation, equipment usage, and material resources to achieve production goals while controlling costs. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production flow and minimize waste.
• Quality Control : Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure all products meet or exceed established quality standards. Investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Team Leadership : Supervise, train, and motivate shop team members and delivery drivers to foster a collaborative and results-driven environment. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback.
• Health and Safety : Enforce safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a safe and compliant environment for all employees and visitors. Investigate and report shop and delivery-related accidents, ensuring corrective actions are taken to prevent recurrence.

Compensation to be determined based on years of experience with range starting at $75K.
