Job Title : Aerospace Program Manager
Location : Lake Success, NY - 5 days on site
Salary Range : 100-130k depending on years of experience bonus
Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aerospace Program Manager to lead and oversee our aerospace projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace engineering, project management, and team leadership. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure the successful execution of complex aerospace programs.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage aerospace programs from inception to completion, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Communicate project status, milestones, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
Manage and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in aerospace program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Strong knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulations.
Excellent project management skills, including proficiency with project management software.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
