LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading construction company in Richmond, VA, to find a highly organized and adaptable Project Coordinator . This is an exciting temp-to-hire opportunity for an administrative professional who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and is comfortable working within a blue-collar setting. For the right candidate, this role has the potential to transition into a permanent position.
What You’ll Do :
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting project operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Key responsibilities include :
Managing billing processes and maintaining accurate project records.
Arranging equipment rentals and coordinating pick-ups.
Handling warranties and maintaining documentation.
Assisting with light accounting tasks.
Providing general administrative support to ensure seamless project execution.
What We’re Looking For :
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Previous administrative or project coordination experience (construction industry experience is a plus, but not required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with accounting software is a bonus.
A positive, adaptable attitude and a willingness to work in a blue-collar environment.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Position Details :
Location : Richmond, VA (on-site)
Schedule : Full-time
Pay Rate : $22–$26 per hour (DOE)
Employment Type : Temp-to-hire with potential for permanent placement
