Location: Oakbrook Terrace, IL
Pay Range: $57.12 - $62.65 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate project activities to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.

• Communicate with stakeholders, team members, and senior leadership to provide updates.

• Support the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.

• Implement project management best practices and processes.

• Maintain and organize project documentation, including schedules and budgets.

• Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings and taking minutes.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management tools and methodologies.

• Assist in maintaining relationships with external partners and vendors.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• PMP certification required.
