Job Title : Real Estate Attorney (Contract)
Location : Seattle, WA (Remote Considered)
Employment Type : Contract (6 months, potential extension)
Hours : 35-40 hours per week
Compensation : $60-$80 / hr.
LHH is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with 4-5 years of solid real estate experience for a contract role. The ideal candidate will have expertise in drafting and reviewing leases, purchase and sale agreements, and construction contracting .
Qualifications :
Licensed and residing in the same state (TX, MA, SC, NC, IL, PA, MO, CA, FL, TN, NY, NJ, WA, OR, DE, and WA)
Strong preference for candidates in the Seattle area (office attendance may be required).
Seattle / Washington candidates will be given preference.
Extensive real estate experience (no mixed-practice candidates).
Familiarity with real estate development, standard real estate terms, and contracts .
Comfortable with technology and legal software tools .
Duties :
Drafting and reviewing leases, purchase agreements and sale agreements
Performing title searches to verify the legal ownership of a property
Negotiating the terms and conditions of real estate transactions, including sales, leases, and financing agreements
Preparing title insurance policies to protect clients against potential claims

Pay Details : $60.00 to $80.00 per hour
