Receptionist / Office Clerk
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist / Office Clerk to be the first point of contact for our company. This role is crucial in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for visitors and providing essential administrative support to our team. This is a Contract to Hire opportunity located near Northbrook IL.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages and providing information as needed.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and presentable.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Assist with travel arrangements.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Pay Details : $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
