Receptionist - Orange County, CA

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Office Assistant for a 2 month contract position that could extend in Orange County, CA. This is for an assurance, tax, and financial advisory company with an excellent reputation.

 

Responsibilities:

- Sorting mail and scanning client documents

- Mailing returns and documents to clients

- Uploading of documents to tax web portal

- Front desk coverage

- Facilities support (stocking, conference room setup/cleanup)

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, required.

• One (1) year of experience in office services / facilities or similar position

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

 

Employment Type: 2 month contract that could extend
