Receptionist
Location: Downtown San Francisco (BART Accessible)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
About Us: We are seeking a polished, customer-service-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Client and Visitor Interaction: Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
Phone Management: Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
Administrative Support: Assist Executive Assistants and other team members with administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and data entry.
Event Coordination: Help coordinate office events, such as decorating for holidays and managing monthly birthday celebrations by creating flyers in Canva or PowerPoint.
Office Management: Ensure the reception area and common spaces are clean, organized, and welcoming.
Technology: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Canva for administrative tasks and communications.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a construction or similar industry.
Strong customer service skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
Reliability and punctuality are essential.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with PowerPoint and Canva is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Cheerful, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
