LHH is looking for a Junior Recruiter with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information to join a corporate retail organization. This role will work as part of a recruiting team to identify talent across a variety of levels and functions. Ideal candidate will be prepared to learn and support the HR department and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities :

Maintain applicant tracking system.

Attend job fairs and update online job boards.

Work with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.

Screen and interview applicants using behavioral-based guidelines.

Process and review employment applications.

Assist with new hire orientation and maintain HR files.

Prepare job postings and provide administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in HR duties or equivalent education.

Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Positive attitude and knowledge of employment and safety procedures.
