e are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join a team and play a key role in identifying and hiring top talent for corporate positions. This hybrid role requires 2-3 days in the office per week , offering a balance of flexibility and collaboration with the team.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles, including HR, Finance, Accounting, Legal, IT, and other business functions.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective hiring plans.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates , and guide them through the hiring process.
Utilize ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, internal databases) to track candidates and build pipelines.
Provide a positive candidate experience and represent the company’s brand effectively.
Assist with recruitment reporting, analytics, and process improvements .
Qualifications :
3 years of corporate recruiting experience , preferably in a high-volume environment.
Strong understanding of corporate functions and their hiring needs.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools .
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills .
Ability to work onsite 2-3 days per week while maintaining flexibility.
Pay Details : $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
