Recruiter- Overland Park, KS
LHH is partnering with a client in the Overland Park, KS area who is seeking a Recruiter. This position will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our accounting and finance departments. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top accounting and finance talent.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Managing the full recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in accounting and finance.
- Strong understanding of accounting and finance roles and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
Job Details:
Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Overland Park, KS
Compensation: $30.00-40.00ph.
Job Type: 6–9-month contract
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm-

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
