LHH is assisting a client in Miami, FL with their search for a Recruiting Manager to lead talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage all recruitment efforts for a growing organization. This person could hold future leadership responsibilities, such as overseeing a team of recruiters! This role requires onsite presence and some minimal travel; relocation will be provided for the right candidate. Responsibilities :
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
Assist in the research and development / integration of an applicant tracking system.
Conduct interviews, reference checks, and background screenings.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
Travel to and participate in campus recruiting events in order to source entry-level talent from the countries most prestigious institutions
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in leadership preferred.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions at any given time.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
Willingness to work primarily onsite in Miami, Fl.
Willingness to travel (5-10%)
Pay Details : $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
