Residential Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Residential Assistant for our nonprofit client located in the Santa Barbara area. This will be a contract role working swing shift hours and will be a full-time position. This role will be supporting our client's program participants in the interim housing environment, assisting with facility and resident needs, as well as clerical duties as needed.
Interested candidates must feel comfortable working with the homeless demographic including individuals experiencing mental health and substance abuse ailments.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
- Empathy and compassion towards others
- Basic computer skills and ability to work within Microsoft Office

Pay Details : $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
