Director of Sales
Location : Onsite, Milwaukee, WI
Compensation : Up to $85K base (based on experience commissions bonus opportunity
LHH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales growth. This role requires a hunter mentality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and lead a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
Directly manage sales employees and sales processes.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Build and lead a high-performing sales team.
Communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
Deliver client-focused solutions to customer needs.
Manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Use CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) effectively.
Foster a collaborative team environment and delegate tasks appropriately.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, including inside and / or outside sales.
Strong client communication and management skills.
Excellent organizational skills and goal-oriented personality.
Proven ability to deliver on commitments and build trust within the organization.
Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office.
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Team player with a collaborative approach.
Ability to delegate tasks effectively and understand what to delegate and what not to delegate.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in a similar industry or market.
Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Pay Details : $80,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
