As a Sales Executive , you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs and promoting our services to mee those needs effectively.

Key responsibilities :
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the accounting and finance sectors.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
Understand clients’ staffing needs and provide customized recruitment solutions.
Sales Strategy and Business Development :
Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
Contract Negotiation and Closing Deals :
Negotiate terms of business agreements and contracts with clients.
Close sales and secure contracts while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Collaboration with Recruitment Team :
Collaborate with recruiters to match client requirements with suitable candidates.
Communicate client expectations clearly to the recruitment team for effective placements.
Account Management and Client Retention :
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and feedback collection.
Address client concerns promptly and work towards long-term retention and repeat business.
Performance Tracking and Reporting :
Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Analyze sales performance to identify areas of improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
Networking and Brand Promotion :
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote the agency’s brand.
Build and maintain a strong professional network within the accounting and finance communities.
Compliance and Market Knowledge :
Stay updated on industry regulations, staffing trends, and financial market changes.
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in recruitment and sales practices.
Qualifications and skills :
Bachelor’s degree or five (5) years of professional work experience preferably in the Staffing and Recruiting Industry
Proficient in cold calling, providing solutions, growing accounts, reviewing metrics and delivering presentations.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, go getter, displays relentless competitiveness in a fast-pace, rewarding environment.
Adaptability and willingness to learn about new services and industries.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, Salesforce, and ATS
What we offer :
The anticipated salary for this position is $50,000 unless outlined below. This position includes an incentive program of bonus and / or commission. Benefit offerings for full-time employment may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans and reimbursement and retirement programs. Available paid leave may include paid time off, parental leave and holiday pay.
