We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This is an internal hire opportunity with a very flexible, hybrid work schedule.
Job Description : As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and securing new client relationships, as well as nurturing and expanding existing ones. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively position LHH Recruitment's services.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Track and report on sales activities and results, providing regular updates to management.
Qualifications :
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the recruitment, staffing or similar industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
