Responsibilities
Enter orders received via fax, mail, or email into our order entry system.
Transcribe hard copy paper orders accurately into the system.
Receive calls from customers who are ready to place their orders during the busy holiday season.
Accurately enter the customer’s order while speaking with them on the phone.
Assist customers in selecting items, answering questions, and placing orders with friendliness and professionalism.
Handle returns, issue credits, and resolve customer complaints.
Be part of our team-wide commitment to accuracy by double-checking orders that have been entered by others.
Use the resources provided to answer customer questions, and don’t worry—no memorization required!

Qualifications:
1 years of customer service/data entry experience.
Prior experience in Microsoft Office Excel
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Excellent communication and customer service skills—being friendly and helpful is a must!
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, especially during the holiday rush.
Basic computer skills and the ability to enter data efficiently and correctly.
Experience with data entry or customer service is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you!
Work Schedule:
Seasonal role, available until the end of 2024
Some overtime during peak holiday periods resulting in holiday bonuses.
Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
