LHH is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant for our client in the Pineville area. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting an entrepreneur or a small business owner, providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the business owner, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support business decisions.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office is well-organized and efficient.
  • Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the business owner and the team.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting an entrepreneur or small business owner.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in a small business or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Pay Details : $30.00 to $32.69 per hour
