Job Title : Senior Business Analyst - SIOP (Remote)
Company Overview : This company specializes in precision cutting tools and serves various industries including forestry, lawn and garden, farm, ranch, and agriculture.
Impact You Will Make : As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead global teams in analyzing, recommending, implementing, and supporting business systems in the Operations domain, focusing on Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP). You will also understand the connections across various functional processes and systems within the enterprise, including Procurement, Manufacturing, Service and Warranty, Order to Cash, and more.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analysis (30%) : Evaluate business problems and requests to develop solutions and improvements. Analyze the broader IT systems landscape to make comprehensive solution recommendations. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Business Partnering (30%) : Foster strong alignment with business stakeholders, maintaining a close connection between IT and business functions. Regularly engage with business teams to understand their vision, strategy, and priorities, ensuring effective communication between business and IT.
- Systems (20%) : Serve as a technical-functional expert in manufacturing applications, capable of configuring SAP and integrated shop floor applications. This includes solution design, documentation, testing, and ongoing support. Collaborate closely with IT developers and external vendors to create solutions that meet business needs.
- Project Management (20%) : Manage small to mid-sized projects following our IT PMO framework.
Qualifications & Skills :
Compensation : $150,000 - 160,000 Benefits (401k, medical, dental, vision, etc)
Pay Details : $150,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
