LHH is partnering with a reputable organization in the non-profit space to support their need for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team on a contract to hire basis. This position will require some in-office work in Manhattan, NY.
Primary Functions:
Perform budget v. actual variance analysis and include commentary for the senior management team
Manage monthly financial activity to ensure compliance
Prepare, consolidate and analyze P&Ls across various departments
Participate in re-forecasting quarterly
Perform cash flow analysis
Provide ad-hoc analytical support as needed
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required
3 years of experience in an Analyst role
Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, v-lookups; Creating macros is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
Compensation: $40 - 50/hr, depending on experience.
