Job Description
LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Senior IT Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing small-scale, low-risk IT projects while providing critical support for high-impact projects led by project managers. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills to ensure the successful delivery of IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the coordination and management of small, low-risk IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Assist project managers in the execution of high-risk, complex projects by coordinating activities and providing administrative and logistical support.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to facilitate effective communication and alignment on project goals.
Serve as a central point of contact to ensure all stakeholders are informed of project progress, updates, and changes.
Create and maintain weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to track project status, budgets, risks, issues, and deliverables.
Update and manage project documentation using tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and other portfolio management systems.
Identify potential risks and issues, escalating them as needed, and work proactively with stakeholders to implement mitigation strategies.
Maintain a detailed log of risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate documentation.
Foster collaboration across teams, using strong communication skills to address and resolve conflicts effectively.
Facilitate meetings and discussions to align teams and drive project momentum.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT project coordination, with a track record of managing small projects and supporting larger initiatives.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Experience generating detailed project reports and maintaining project documentation.
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of Agile or other iterative project management frameworks.
Pay:
$26-$33 per hour

Pay Details: $26.00 to $33.00 per hour
