LHH Recruitment Solutions has an opportunity in Pittsburgh This contract-to-hire opportunity is available immediately. The perfect candidate has a history of supply chain, logistics, or purchasing experience. This is a Monday-Friday opportunity and is 100% on-site.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the sales department to understand and create business opportunities
Plan, understand, and stay on top of business trends to see how it matches up with the forecast
Execute, monitor, and manage purchase orders
Broadcast and present accurate data to executives
Communicate data analysis to the sales and finance team so the budget can be planned
Provide accurate data to the supply chain so capacity planning and production scheduling can meet deadlines
Education/Experience:
Bachelor s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field plus 1 year in supply chain experience in purchasing, logistics, and planning/forecasting preferred
Highly motivated team builder and professional communicator
Skills:
Must be resilient to change
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Uncanny attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Must be organized and thorough
Employment Type:
Contract to Hire
$30 to $35/HR
100% on-site
