Surgical Coordinator – Chicago, IL 60616
LHH Recruitment Solutions is excited to partner with a leading healthcare organization in the South Loop of Chicago to find a dynamic Surgical Coordinator ! What You’ll Do :
Schedule surgeries, pre-operative appointments, and follow-ups while collaborating with surgeons, surgical centers, and other providers.
Verify insurance, secure pre-authorizations, and guide patients through financial responsibilities.
Ensure a seamless surgical process by providing clear pre- and post-op instructions and tracking all surgical details in the system.
Maintain accurate records, manage schedules, answer patient inquiries, and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
What You Bring :
Prior experience scheduling ophthalmology surgeries, required.
Bilingual, highly preferred.
Strong computer skills and experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
Excellent organizational and communication skills to support patients and the surgical team.

Pay Details : $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
