Position Title : Technical Accountant
Summary :
The Technical Accountant will collaborate with various business partners and finance team members to provide technical analysis and documentation, ensuring adherence to US GAAP standards.
Salary Range : $100,00 - $130,000
Responsibilities :
- Conduct research and implement new technical guidelines to maintain compliance with US GAAP, including preparing technical memos.
- Prepare quarterly financial consolidations, including necessary consolidating and eliminating entries.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with financial covenants related to bank loans, and prepare quarterly debt compliance calculations and certifications.
- Review new revenue contracts to ensure they align with US GAAP revenue recognition policies.
- Evaluate new leases for proper application of US GAAP.
- Lead the analysis of accounting for non-routine transactions.
- Coordinate the monthly close process, including balance sheet account analysis, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Undertake special projects to enhance process efficiency and performance.
- Crosstrain to serve as a backup for other staff in emergencies.
- Assist with additional projects as needed.
Qualifications :
Pay Details : $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
