LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a qualified Transaction Management Operations Analyst for a 6-month contract opportunity to support one of the leading Tier-1 banks. Role Overview : This position involves asset setup, maintenance, and various operational tasks related to securities for private bank accounts. The role includes handling financial data, transaction processing, and providing support to internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Set up and maintain assets, manage physical vault activities, and perform fair valuation functions.
Handle tasks involving the assignment, sourcing, and movement of financial and client information.
Process transactions, analyze event details, and communicate effectively with peers, management, and business partners.
Provide quality service and operational support to internal business partners and external clients.
Perform procedures and escalate issues when necessary.
Respond to client inquiries to ensure operational efficiency and quality service.
Identify risks and opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements :
Experience in financial services, particularly within operations.
Understanding of investment income and securities (bonds, stocks).
Proficiency with Bloomberg, PACE and other relevant systems.
Strong work ethic and ability to process large amounts of data quickly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to learn new concepts and routines quickly.
Capability to research complex issues and understand processes across the department.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay : $33.00-35.00 / hr
Pay Details : $33.00 to $35.00 per hour
