Job Summary
We are partnering with a leading automotive company in Mesa to find a skilled Transportation Customer Service representative. This full-time role involves working Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with a comprehensive on-site training program for the first month.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume inbound calls from customers, providing assistance with inquiries, scheduling, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism at all times.
- Accurately manage customer data and input information into the system.
- Monitor customer orders for accuracy and timely delivery, proactively updating customers on order status.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our services and offerings to provide informed assistance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume call center or related industry (transportation or automotive is a plus).
- Proficiency in using customer service software, MS Office, and other tools.
