The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. This role involves leading a team of warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet operational goals.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, oversee stock levels, and coordinate cycle counts.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and workflow.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure the warehouse complies with OSHA and company standards.
• Oversee the maintenance and proper use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports and metrics to track performance.
