Job Description :
LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our long-standing client's team in a hybrid role based in Beaverton, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce sales support, order management, or account management, with a customer oriented mindset and a proven track record of success in these areas.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and support ecommerce sales activities, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Oversee order management processes, from order entry to fulfillment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, providing exceptional customer service.
- Utilize ecommerce portals such as Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy to manage product listings, orders, and customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Partner with the Sales team to assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company goals.
