What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Associate position at LHH?
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounting Associate to join a construction client in Indianapolis, Indiana. Industry experience preferred. This position will report directly to the CFO.
Responsibilities:
· Accounts payable - vendor expense reporting and auditing, ACH vendor processing, reconciling vendor statements
· Assist accounts receivable and reconcile credit cards
· Record financial transactions, maintain and update general ledger
· Resolve account inquiries, reconcile statements
Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of prior bookkeeping and/or accounting experience preferred
· Associates or Bachelor's degree - OR - relevant accounting work history
· Experience using Deltek Vision and/or Vantagepoint Project Accounting Software preferred
· MS Office Excel and QuickBooks proficiency
