What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Specialist position at LHH?
We are searching for an Accounting Specialist to join a fantastic health services company in Jacksonville, FL! This person will be working directly under the Director of Finance to assist with a variety of accounting duties. The position will be full-time and direct hire.

Experience working with QuickBooks Online is required.
Job Duties
- Oversee daily invoicing processes for the company
- Post payments to customer accounts and ensure accurate balances
- Resolve invoice discrepancies with customers when necessary
- Process invoices for accounts payable
- Perform account reconciliations and assist with general accounting duties
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in accounting
- Experience with high-volume invoicing
- Must have experience working with QuickBooks Online
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office
